Welcome to my website! Here you can find out more about what I do (which is try to be an exceptional FileMaker solutions & Web applications developer), along with other semi-information about my life.

I've been developing my database development skills since the early 1980's, and have been witness to the entire microcomputer revolution. I've been present during the introduction of the Commodore VIC20 & the Timex Sinclair, the Apple II+, the IBM PC, and the first Macs. I've written commercial database software programs for the Apple II+/IIe, and finished my first (of many) retail store point-of-sale application for the PC back in 1986.

In the 1990's, I developed an entire company around a FileMaker solution I created called "The CARDiologist™" and sold franchises across the county.

My expertise is in FileMaker database systems development, and I've handled solutions from the very large and complex to the small and quick. I get excited about crafting some of the most beautifully designed, and intuitive solutions possible, and using PHP, fx.PHP, FileMaker's PHP API, CSS, and JavaScript, I'm now integrating my FileMaker systems with the web.

More recently, I lived in the San Francisco area during the amazing years of the internet revolution's dramatic rise, and subsequent fall. Now, we're once again on the verge of the next revolution, with the dramatic emergence of web applications, e-commerce, video on demand, and the displacement of brick & mortar retailing with internet retailing.

Check out my website. Discover my background. Look through my photo galleries. This website contains it all.

In a way, this website is like the resume of my life. As time goes by, I'll be constantly adding to these pages, so check back from time to time to see what's new.

And please, drop me an email, especially if you're a friend or colleague from my past. As my travels have taken me far and wide, I've lost touch with many of you, but would love to hear from you again.
